Community outreach is the heart of RDC. We are committed to expanding the audience and participants of dance through the presentation of diverse works and partnerships with other community organizations.
Many of our dancers take time off of their earning hours to volunteer their time in our social outreach performances. A donation to Relay Dance Collective goes toward compensating the dancers (who perform in at least two pieces) each season, covering our operating costs (venue, costumes, technical needs), and our community outreach programs. This includes both a touring performance and fundraising to provide other opportunities for youth to experience dance.
