As a performer, she's worked with The Heavenly Spies cabaret at Triple Door and is a former member of Bellingham Repertory Dance, with whom she performed in the international dance festival, Chop Shop: Bodies of Work.

In 2014, Gabrielle received a grant from Seattle's Office of Arts & Culture and the Japanese American Citizens League to create "Farewell Shikata ga nai", a collaboration with Seattle Kokon Taiko that tells the World War II Japanese American experience through theater, dance, and live taiko drumming. This piece toured at a variety of different venues in spring of 2014, culminating at Wing Luke Asian American Museum.

She's been honored to work with Cheryl Delostrinos, Ella Mahler, Markeith Wiley, Kate Wallich, Deborah Wolf, Eva Stone, Marie Chong, Kabby Mitchell III, Hannah Wiley, Kraig Patterson, Carla Maxwell and members of the Jose Limon Company. Gabrielle is also a journalist and public relations professional, now working for Seattle Opera. She received her early training at Dance Fremont! and studied journalism, as well as dance, at Western Washington University ('10).
